Do we need to integrate ACTiVO with our CBS? No. Your team exports agent-wise account reports from the CBS and uploads them to ACTiVO as Excel, CSV or XML files.
Can agents record new deposit bookings? Yes. Agents update collections and record new bookings in the mobile app, and administrators can review scheme performance.
Can the same agents use it for loan recovery? Yes. Deposit Management, Loan Recovery and the MDS Dashboard are modules of one ACTiVO Core web and mobile application.
