Does Core need direct access to our banking system?
No direct CBS API connection is required for the documented workflow. Your team exports Excel, CSV or XML reports and uploads them through secure file transfer.
How do office and field teams work together?
Administrators organise accounts and assign work through the web portal. Field agents record visits in the mobile app, with progress available for review.
